About the product:
AWIS provides a seamless way for pilots to receive wind data displayed on a dynamic map within an aerodrome.
Unlike from airport's sensors, previous aircraft operations can provide next in line traffic valuable information of winds prior to landing and on initial climb.
The information is collected from the aircraft gauges and flight recording and transferred to a server for publication to other aircrafts.
Operational Benefits and Features (partial list)

- • Have concise visual depiction of problematic areas of wind directions and speed for the aerodrome
